Preparation steps

Halve the avocados and drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with 2 teaspoons of oil. Rinse the parsley and remove the leaves.

Fill the avocados with the onions, chili, cucumber, and parsley leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Top with a shrimp, drizzle with a little oil, and garnish with a basil leaf.
