- 2 scallions
- 3 ripe Avocados
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Dill
- 3 Tbsps Natural yogurt
- 3 Tbsps Sour cream
- 600 milliliters Vegetable broth
- Tabasco sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- 150 grams Smoked trout

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse scallions, trim and cut into thin rings. Cut avocadoes in half, remove pit and remove flesh from the shell. Dice into small cubes, mix with the lemon juice and dill, set 4 tablespoons aside and puree the rest with the scallions in a blender.

Mix in the yogurt and sour cream. Gradually pour in the broth while blending. Season to taste with Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce and divide among small bowls. Divide the trout into pieces and place on the soup with the remaining avocado cubes. Serve immediately.
