- ½ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup Rice Krispie
- ⅓ cup white Chocolate chip

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line 2 large baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

Beat the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until soft and creamy. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
3.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Place tablespoons of the mixture, well apart on the baking trays.
4.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are crisp and lightly browned. Cool on the baking trays for a few minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
