250 grams Almond slivers
225 grams orange Couverture (38% cocoa)
1 Tbsp Vanilla liqueur (or orange liqueur)

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the almonds in a dry nonstick pan until golden brown while stirring, then let cool.

2.

Melt the orange couverture in a bowl over a hot water bath and stir in the vanilla liqueur, then the almonds.

3.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture on a work surface lined with parchment paper. If needed, reshape with your fingertips. Store in a cool place (do not refrigerate) until ready to serve.
