- 600 grams Pig's tongue (cooked and cured)
- 1 onion
- 2 Bell pepper (red and green)
- 1 carrot
- 2 Pickle
- 1 sprig mint
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 5 Tbsps Canola oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Slice the tongue into very fine slices (best with a slicer). Peel the onion, cut into quarters and cut into fine strips. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half and cut into small cubes. Peel the carrot and cut into thin slices. Drain the pickles and cut into slices. Arrange all the prepared ingredients on a large plate.

Rinse the mint and the parsley, shake dry and chop. Mix the vinegar with the oil and the herbs Stir and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
