4 centiliters Cherry brandy
400 grams Cherry ice cream (cherry sorbet)
400 grams Vanilla ice cream
40 grams chopped Dark chocolate
1 bunch mint
1 tsp Mint liqueur

Preparation steps

1.

Beat the vanilla ice cream until creamy. Spread the vanilla ice cream in an even layer in an ice cream mold or bowl. Freeze at least 1 hour.

Break the cherry sorbet into large pieces and beat until creamy with an electric hand. Stir in the chopped chocolate and kirsch. Fill in the center of the mold with the cherry sorbet.

3.

Cover and freeze until ready to serve.

Rinse the mint, spin dry, pluck leaves, and grind to a fine paste with mint liqueur with a mortar and pestle.

5.

To serve, dip the mold or dish briefly in hot water, unmold the ice cream and coat with the mint.
