- 100 grams Tarhana flour
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp bell pepper paste (diced)
- ground paprika
- 1 Tbsp mint (dried)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- mint (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Combine flour and cold broth in a saucepan over low heat. Stir and cook for about 15 minutes.

Heat butter in a pan and cook pepper until soft, then add to flour mixture Season with salt, pepper, paprika and mint.
3.
Ladle into bowls and serve garnished with mint.
