2 Tbsps honey
200 milliliters Whipped cream
To garnish to taste

Preparation steps

Soften the gelatin in cold water.

Bring the tea and 200 ml (approximately 7 ounces) of water to a boil. Remove from the heat, let steep for 3 minutes, then pour through a strainer into a bowl. Add the gelatin and honey, and stir until dissolved. Add the cream, combine thoroughly, then portion into 4 small ramekins. Chill for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Garnish with the elderflowers, violet, and orange zest before serving.
