- 500 grams Pasta shell
- 50 grams Bacon (finely diced)
- 500 Ground veal
- 350 grams Tomatoes (peeled, seeded and finely diced)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tarragon (finely chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Heat olive oil in a pan and saute onions and garlic until translucent. Add ground meat and bacon, saute until crumbly. Add wine and simmer briefly, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 4 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add tarragon and mix well.
2.
Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain well and stuff with the meat mixture. Serve.
