- 20 ozs Strawberries
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 2 cups Vanilla ice cream
- sugar sprinkles
- ⅞ cup cream (48% fat)
- To decorate
- 4 Candied cherry
- 4 wafer cookie
Preparation steps
1.
Blend half the strawberries and the sugar in food processor or blender. Push through a fine sieve and discard the seeds.
2.
Chop the remaining strawberries.
3.
Layer the strawberries, strawberry puree, ice cream and sugar sprinkles in 4 sundae glasses.
4.
Whisk the cream until thick and spoon into a piping bag. Pipe on top of the glasses and sprinkle with sugar sprinkles.
5.
Place a cherry on top of each glass and add a wafer biscuit.
