- 2 onions (finely sliced)
- 2 red Bell pepper (deseeded and sliced)
- ⅔ cup vegetable stock
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- 4 lean lamb chops (or cutlets)
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 Tbsps Oil

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Paper towel, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Skillet, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the butter in a pan and cook the onion and peppers until starting to soften. Add the stock. bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed and the vegetables are tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Season the chops with salt and pepper and sprinkle with thyme.
3.
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the chops for about 10 minutes, turning once, until tender.
4.
Place the onions and peppers on warmed serving plates and place the chops alongside.
