- 5 white Rosé
- 1 handful Brussels sprouts
- 1 handful Romanesco broccoli
- Wooden skewer
- 1 Floral foam
- Gardening shears

Preparation steps
1.
Insert skewers into broccoli. Remove outer leaves from sprouts and skewer. Remove thorns and leaves from roses. Trim rose stems.
2.
Soak foam in water and cut to fit into cup. Add to cup.
3.
Place 1 rose in the center of the foam and fill in with skewered vegetables and remaining roses. Make sure foam is no longer visible.
