1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Large knife, 1 Sieve, 1 Paper towel, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 große Skillet mit Deckel, 1 Aluminum foil, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Slotted spatula
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180C,350F, gas 4.

Place the chicken pieces in a large baking dish, skin side up. Add the shallots to the baking dish.
3.
Squeeze the juice from 2 lemons and mix with the warm honey and oil, then pour this over the chicken pieces and shallots.
4.
Cut the remaining lemon into 8 wedges and place in the baking dish. Toss in the honey and oil mixture in the dish. Add 4 sprigs thyme and the lavender. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the leaves from the remaining sprig of thyme.
5.
Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and the skin is golden. Add the olives for the last 15 minutes of cooking.
