- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ bunch Basil
- 300 grams sun dried Tomatoes (in oil)
- 150 milliliters olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 40 grams Sesame seeds
Preparation steps
1.
Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Rinse the basil, pat dry and remove the leaves.

Add the garlic, basil and sun-dried tomatoes with their oil to a blender or food processor. Begin blending and slowly stream the olive oil in while blending until a smooth consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet until golden brown. Stir into the pesto. Transfer the pesto to a jar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
