- 2 Tbsps sugar
- ⅜ cup white wine vinegar
- 8 cups white Cabbage (halved)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the salt, sugar and vinegar in a litre of water.
2.
Place the cabbage halves in clean, screw-top jars. Fill with the hot liquid and close.
3.
Turn the jars upside down to cool and store in a dark place for one week before consumption.
