- Bell pepper (1 small of each color: red, yellow and green)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 small onions
- 100 grams black Olives (pitted)
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 400 grams Spaghetti
- Basil
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse peppers, remove all white inner skins and seeds and cut into thin strips.
2.
Peel and slice garlic. Peel and cut onions. Saute onions in hot oil until soft, adding garlic and peppers. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and mix with vegetables and olives. Arrange on plates and garnish with basil.
