- ½ lemon (juice)
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsps butter
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cilantro
- ⅔ cup Ketchup
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 12 lamb chops
- 4 Tbsps sesame oil
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds

Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the lemon juice, honey, Worcestershire sauce, butter, ginger, coriander, ketchup and garlic. Bring to the boil briefly and put to one side.
2.
Put the marinade in a flat container and place the chops in the marinade. Marinate for at least 3 hours and preferably overnight.
3.
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chops for approx. 6 minutes, turning and brushing with the marinade from time to time. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
