Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Pot, 1 Small pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Large knife
Preparation steps
1.
Wipe or brush mushrooms clean and cut into slices. Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat; add garlic and saute until fragrant; about 1 minutes, taking care not to brown the garlic. Add the mushrooms and saute for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the wine; lower the heat and cook until the wine has reduced. Once reduced, remove from heat, add the chopped parsley and gently stir. Serve immediately.
