- 600 grams Dark chocolate
- 150 grams Coconut oil
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 150 grams chopped almonds
- 250 grams Shortbread
- candied Fruit (as desired)

Preparation steps
1.
Coarsely chop chocolate and stir with coconut oil and cream over a hot-water bath until melted. Remove chocolate mixture from heat, stir in almonds and let cool slightly. Coarsely crumble shortbread cookies and stir into cooled chocolate mixture.

Line loaf pan with plastic wrap. Pour chocolate mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
3.
Remove chilled cake from pan and remove plastic wrap. Sprinkle cake to taste with diced candied fruit and cut into slices to serve.
