- ½ Cucumber
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 1 Red Pepperoncini
- 16 thin, cooked ham
- 2 Tbsps Horseradish cream (cream-style)
- 1 bed Cress
- colorful peppers (coarsly ground)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse cucumber, pat dry and cut in half lengthwise. Remove seeds cut into strips about 8 cm (approximately 3 1/4 inches) long. Rinse lettuce leaves and pat dry. Rinse peperoncini and cut diagonally into slices.
2.
Coat ham slices thinly with horseradish. Top each with 1 cucumber strip, some cress, a few peperoncini slices and 1 to 2 lettuce leaves spread out horizontally.
3.
Roll ham slices, sprinkle with coarsley ground peppercorns and serve.
