- 2 Zucchini
- ½ Yellow Watermelon
- 500 grams Shrimp tail (peeled)
- 10 Scallop (shelled)
- 2 olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
- ½ garlic clove
Preparation steps
1.
Cut melon into quarters and then cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) thick slices. Arrange on plates.
2.
Whisk olive oil with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Press garlic and whisk into the dressing.
3.
Rinse zucchini and cut into rings.
4.
Thread shrimp, scallops and zucchini rings on wooden skewers. Brush with the oil mixture.
5.
Cook skewers on the preheated grill for about 4 minutes. Serve with the melon slices.
