- 6 cups brown rice pasta
- ⅔ cup raw Cashews
- 1 ½ cups Almond milk (unsweetened)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- 1 lemon (juice of)
- 1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- salt (to taste)
- peppers (to taste)
- 2 Tbsps fresh Basil (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta according to package directions.

While pasta cooks, combine cashews, garlic, lemon juice, yeast, mustard and salt and pepper to food processor. Slowly add almond milk and process until a fine texture is formed.
3.
When pasta is al dente, drain and return it to cooking pot. Add sauce, basil, tomatoes and any additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
