- 2 Tbsps Instant Coffee powder
- ⅓ cup milk
- ⅓ cup dark Chocolate couverture (at least 65 % cocoa, chopped)
- 3 eggs (separated)
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 2 ½ Tbsps Chocolate chip

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 190°C (170°C in a fan oven), 375°F, gas 5. Place a deep baking tray on the lowest shelf and fill with about 1 cm water. Grease 4 pudding basins lightly with butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Dissolve half the sugar and the coffee granules in the milk and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and melt the couverture in the mixture.
3.
Beat the egg white with the remaining sugar. Stir the egg yolks into the chocolate mixture and fold in the flour and the chocolate chips.
4.
Finally, fold in the egg white and pour the mixture into the prepared basins and place them in the water-filled baking tray in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes. The core of the puddings should remain soft. Knock them out of the basins and serve immediately.
