- For the Rose Cinnamon Salt
- ¾ oz dried Rose petal
- 7 ozs coarse Sea salt
- ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
Preparation steps
1.
For the rose cinnamon salt, coarsely grind half the dried rose petals with sea salt and cinnamon in a blender. Add the remaining rose petals, mix together and pour into an airtight container.
2.
For the Thai curry salt, finely chop ginger and lemongrass and mix with fenugreek, lime zest, turmeric and sea salt. Move to an airtight container.
