1 round Yeast dough (30 cm in diameter; refrigerated)
100 milliliters Tomato sauce (from a jar, organic quality)
1 Tomato (thinly sliced)

1 pinch sugar
5 green Olives (halved, pitted)
20 grams Parmesan
1 Tbsp fresh oregano
1 Tbsp olive oil (extra-virgin)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 250°C (approximately 475°F). Place the dough on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce on top, leaving a 2 cm (approximately 3/4-inch) wide margin. Top with tomato slices and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Sprinkle the olives on top.

Bake on the bottom rack of preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
