- 2 Flour tortillas (8 to 10-inch in diameter)
- ¾ cup Mozzarella (shredded)
- ⅔ cup prepared Tomato sauce
- ¾ cup ham (diced)
- 2 fresh Tomatoes (rinsed, seeds removed and diced)
- 2 Tbsps fresh Basil (finely chopped)
- ½ cup Parmesan (shredded)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the top of each tortilla. Using the back of a spoon, spread the sauce over the over the cheese. Sprinkle the ham, diced tomatoes and basil over each pizza.
3.
Top with the Parmesan cheese and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
4.
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5.
Cool for several minutes, slice and serve.
