- 12 King prawn (ready to cook, peeled, deveined)
- 2 carrots
- 1 scallion
- 1 Bamboo shoots
- 400 milliliters Coconut cream
- 400 milliliters Fish soup
- 2 Tbsps Fish sauce
- 4 Tbsps yellow Curry paste
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 4 or lemon Lime leaves
- 1 Lime
- salt
- peppers
- Chili powder

Preparation steps
1.
Peel carrots, rinse and dry scallion. Cut scallion, carrots and bamboo in julienne strips. Heat oil in a wok and saute carrots, bamboo and scallion. Add lime leaves and saute briefly. Add curry paste and fish stock,, bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
2.
Add shrimp and coconut cream, bring to a boil once and season with fish sauce, salt, pepper and chile. Pour soup into bowls and serve.
