12 King prawn (ready to cook, peeled, deveined)
2 carrots
1 scallion
1 Bamboo shoots
400 milliliters Coconut cream
400 milliliters Fish soup
2 Tbsps Fish sauce
4 Tbsps yellow Curry paste
1 Tbsp sesame oil
4 or lemon Lime leaves
1 Lime
salt
peppers
Chili powder

Preparation steps

Peel carrots, rinse and dry scallion. Cut scallion, carrots and bamboo in julienne strips. Heat oil in a wok and saute carrots, bamboo and scallion. Add lime leaves and saute briefly. Add curry paste and fish stock,, bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.

2.

Add shrimp and coconut cream, bring to a boil once and season with fish sauce, salt, pepper and chile. Pour soup into bowls and serve.
