- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- ⅔ cup Almond flour
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 9 ozs Dark chocolate (finely chopped)
- Vanilla ice cream (to serve)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 kleiner Plate, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Immersion blender, 1 deep bowl
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180ºC (160º fan) 375ºF, gas 5.
2.
Grease 4 individual dariole moulds.
3.
Beat together the butter and sugar until fluffy then add the eggs and mix well. Fold in the ground almonds and flour and stir in the chocolate.
4.
Pour the mixture into the moulds and bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes. Test with a wooden toothpick; if it comes out clean, the puddings are done.
5.
Turn out the puddings and serve with vanilla ice cream
