Beef Filet Wrapped in Bacon
Rub the meat with about half of the herbs, wrap with bacon and tie with kitchen string. Cook in a skillet in hot butter about 2-4 minutes on each side (or to desired doneness) and season with salt and pepper. Wrap in aluminum foil and the lest rest in an oven preheated to 50°C (approximately 125°F) for 5 minutes.
Serve with grape leaves and grapes.
