- ⅞ cup Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- ⅞ cup Quark (20% fat)
- ⅞ cup whipping cream
- 1 ⅔ cups Raspberries
- 4 Tbsps honey
- ⅛ cup Raspberry liqueur
- 7 ozs white chocolate

Preparation steps
1.
Grate the chocolate. Reserve 2 tablespoons for decoration and melt the rest over a hot bain-marie. Add the yogurt and honey and warm briefly.

Sort the raspberries and puree all but 4 tablespoons. Stir into the quark with the chocolate-yogurt mixture and raspberry liqueur. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Spoon into molds at once and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve decorated with the reserved raspberries and grated chocolate.
