1 kilogram mixed Vegetables (Carrots, celery, red green and yellow peppers, broccoli, radish, etc.)
For Dips
500 grams Mayonnaise
200 grams Whipped cream
6 tablespoons milk
salt
freshly ground pepper
1 pinch sugar
2 centiliters Cognac
also
2 mashed garlic
1 diced onion
3 tablespoons Mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons mixed, chopped Fresh herbs
2 tablespoons Ketchup
3 tablespoons grated Horseradish (Fresh or canned)

Preparation steps

Rinse vegetables. Blanch broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, set aside. Chop everything.

2.

For the dips: stir together the mayonnaise, cream, milk, spices and brandy. Pour into three small bowls. In the first bowl, add garlic and onions. In the second bowl, add mustard, lemon juice and herbs. In the third bowl, add ketchup and horseradish. Season each.
