1 Small pot mit Deckel, 1 kleine Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Bowl, 1 Mixing spoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Fork
Heat the oven to 220°C (200° fan) 425°F gas 7. Grease 9 holes of a muffin tin.
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add the polenta, sugar, baking powder, salt and black pepper. Stir in half the grated cheese.
Mix together the eggs, milk and olive oil with a fork. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and gently stir together until just combined.
Spoon the mixture into the tins and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes until well risen and firm to the touch. Serve warm.
