- 25 grams butter
- 200 grams unsweetened Chestnut cream
- 600 milliliters Chicken broth
- 1 generous pinch cinnamon
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 fresh Chestnuts
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and dice the onions, celery root and parsnips. Melt the butter in large saucepan. Saute the onions, celery root and parsnips. Add the chestnut cream and broth. Season with salt, pepper and cinnamon. Let simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
2.
Peel, chop and roast the fresh chestnuts. Puree the soup, pour in the cream and briefly boil. Serve garnished with the roasted chestnuts.
