3 cups mixed Berry (raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants, blueberries)
4 Tbsps Yogurt
4 Tbsps runny honey

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200ºC (180º fan) 400ºF, gas 6.
2.
Place the croissants in a roasting pan and heat in the oven for 5 minutes.
3.
Split the croissants in half horizontally, spoon over the berries and yoghurt and drizzle over the honey.
