- ⅜ cup strawberry-vodka puree (see separate recipe under Tips)
- 4 sprigs mint (leaves torn off stem)
- Ice
- 1 cup fresh Strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup Blueberries

Product recommendation
To make the strawberry-vodka puree, mix together 150 g icing sugar with 600 g strawberries (either frozen or fresh). Puree using a hand blender then add 100 ml lemon juice, 100 ml water and 330 ml vodka and puree again. Pour into two 0.7 litre bottles and close tightly. Store in the fridge until use.
Preparation steps

Mix together the tea, strawberry-vodka puree and the mint and leave to steep for one hour. Add the berries and the ice cubes and serve in glasses.
