- 400 grams Celery
- 2 Parsnips
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 600 milliliters Chicken broth
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- Curry powder
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp Horseradish (from a jar)
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- Truffle oil

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and dice the celery root, parsnip, shallot and garlic. Saute in hot butter until translucent. Pour in the broth and cream. Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.

Puree the soup. Add the creme fraiche and season with curry, salt, pepper and horseradish. Pour into bowls. Whip the cream with the oil until creamy and add to the soup. Serve hot.
