Melt the chocolate and chocolate hazelnut spread and mix with the nuts. Spread the mixture smoothly in three springform pans (28 cm | 11" in diameter) lined with baking parchment. Chill for at least 1 hour, or until set. Carefully remove from the tins.
Wash and hull the strawberries and cut 2/3 of them into pieces. Halve some of the remaining strawberries and leave the hulls on, if you wish.
Meanwhile mix the yoghurt with the cream cheese, lemon juice and zest and sugar.
Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Set aside 1/3 of the cream. Fold the strawberry pieces into the remaining 2/3 and spread half of it smoothly on one of the three chocolate bases. Put the second chocolate base on top and spread smoothly with the other half of the strawberry cream.
Put the last chocolate layer on top and spread with the reserved plain cream. Top with the whole and halved strawberries. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
