Kale Pizza

  • 3 stems of kale
  • 2/3 cup gluten free bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs


  1. Process 3 stems of kale in a food processor.
  2. Once the kale is blended, add bread crumbs, cheese and eggs and process again until the mixture is dough like.
  3. On a lined baking sheet, form pizza crust
  4. Bake the pizza crust for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
  5. Add whichever toppings you would like and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
