- 3 stems of kale
- 2/3 cup gluten free bread crumbs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- Process 3 stems of kale in a food processor.
- Once the kale is blended, add bread crumbs, cheese and eggs and process again until the mixture is dough like.
- On a lined baking sheet, form pizza crust
- Bake the pizza crust for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Add whichever toppings you would like and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
