Ginger Popsicles

  • 2 Tea Bags
  • 2 small pieces of ginger
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Lemon


  1. Boil water
  2. Add tea bags and ginger into a tea kettle
  3. Pour boiling water into the tea kettle and add the maple syrup and juice from 1 lemon.
  4. Let the tea steep for 10 minutes
  5. After the tea is done steeping, let it cool down.
  6. Pour the tea into popsicle forms
  7. Optional: Add slices of lemons
  8. Let the popsicles freeze overnight
