Mackenzie Martinez is a senior at California Lutheran University studying Marketing Communication and Sports Management. She also runs social media for Tifa Chocolate & Gelato Calabasas and manages retail for Bonibi Coffee shop in Westlake Village. Mackenzie is originally from San Diego, California, but is living in Thousand Oaks, California for school. She loves to go to the beach, enjoy coffee dates with friends, and remain active in her free time. Mackenzie is ecstatic to be able to contribute to EAT SMARTER!
