Walking is a great way to get in a little exercise every day. As the holiday season sneaks up on us, we are challenging you to walk 200 miles before Thanksgiving. That means if you walk an average of under four and a half miles per day you will be able to easily reach your goal and be the healthiest version of yourself going into this holiday season.

Walking has many health benefits, both physical and mental, that make it a great way to get some low-impact exercise. It is also a great way to keep your heart healthy and functioning properly.

Join us for the #ESwalks200 challenge and walk your way to your healthiest holiday season yet. Follow along on our social media pages and check in using the #ESwalks200 tag and you could be featured on one of our pages.

Use this helpful schedule to check off the miles as you complete them and before you know it you will have completed all 200 miles and then you can keep going to see how many more miles you can accomplish! We can’t wait to walk with you!
