- 1 kilogram Tofu
- 4 Tbsps soy sauce (light)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 generous pinch ginger (ground)
- 1 Tbsp cilantro (chopped)
- 50 milliliters Peanut oil (for frying)
- For the dip
- 200 grams Bell pepper puree
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce (light)
- 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- chili peppers (to taste)
- 1 garlic clove (pressed)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the tofu into cubes and mix with soy sauce, ginger and honey. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2.
Mix all the ingredients for the dip together and adjust seasonings to taste.
3.
Remove the tofu from the marinade, drain well and fry until golden brown and crispy in the hot oil. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on plates and arrange the tofu cubes on top. Place the dip in a small bowl and serve.
