vegetable oil (for frying)
5 ½ cups Squid ring (or tubes cut into rings)
0.333 cup all-purpose flour
Sea salt
paprika
Lemon wedge (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat sufficient oil in a pan or pot (approx. 170°C | 340F).

Dust the squid rings in flour, knock off any excess and fry in the hot fat until golden brown. After about 2-3 minutes remove from the fat using a draining spoon and pat dry with kitchen paper.
3.
Season with salt and paprika and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
