1 Tbsp butter

1 scoop Mozzarella
4 Hamburger bun (with sesame seeds)
1 pkg French fries (for home baking)

Preparation steps

Peel the onions, chop and sauté in the butter. Mix with ground beef, season with salt and pepper and knead well. Chop parsley finely and mix in. Shape into round patties, about 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) thick. Heat oil in a heavy pan and cook hamburgers 4 minutes per side. Rinse the lettuce and pat dry. Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices. Cut buns and place a hot hamburger on each. Top with lettuce leaves, processed cheese, tomato slices and some mozzarella and cover with bun lid. Place in the oven under the broiler and briefly broil until the cheese melts.

Prepare French fries according to package instructions and serve with cheeseburgers and ketchup.
