4 slices Cheese (such as butter cheese, young gouda)
250 grams Mushrooms (such as oyster mushrooms)
4 Hamburger bun

Preparation steps

Rinse tomato and cut from the middle four nice slices. Rinse lettuce and shake dry. Place ground meat with mustard in a bowl, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties and fry in a pan in 2 tablespoons hot oil on each side about 4 minutes. Finally, cover with a slice of cheese and allow to melt.

Wipe mushrooms thoroughly with a damp cloth, cut into strips or slices and, in another pan, fry until light brown and soft in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cut buns in half and toast on the cut surfaces. On the bottom of the buns, place one pattie and cover with some mushrooms, a slice of tomato and lettuce. Complete with the bun top and serve with remaining mushrooms on the side.
