Pumpkin Seeds 6 Ways

Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Total: 6 cups pumpkin seeds

1 cup per flavor

 

Honey Mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 ½ tablespoons mustard

Pinch salt & pepper

 

Maple Sriracha

½ tablespoon maple syrup

1 tablespoon sriracha

Pinch salt & pepper

 

Pumpkin Spice

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 tablespoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

¼ teaspoon ginger

¼ teaspoon allspice

 

Italian

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

½ teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Pinch salt & pepper

 

Lime Ginger Soy

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Zest of ½ lime

1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger

Pinch salt & pepper

 

BBQ

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon brown sugar

½ teaspoon chili powder

⅛ teaspoon cayenne

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon paprika

Pinch salt & pepper

 

  1. Wash and dry seeds then spread on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  2. Roast seeds at 350º for 30-40 mins until dry and slightly brown.
  3. Mix 1 cup of roasted seeds with each seasoning.
  4. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, until dry.
