Preparation steps

1.

Stir crushed wheat and raisins in a bowl with 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) of water, cover and swell overnight.

2.

Trim, rinse and dry the strawberries. Cut the berries smaller if needed. To serve, stir buttermilk and maple syrup into the wheat mixture, put in a bowl and top with strawberries and pistachios.
