Preparation steps

Peel and slice the potatoes and sweet potato into thin slices. Soak the potato slices in cold water for 30-40 minutes. Remove from the water and pat dry.

Heat the oil to 170°C (approximately 350°F). Fry the potato slices until golden and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and serve.
