1 sprig Tarragon
Grape (10 purple and 10 green)

Preparation steps

1.

Toast bread slices. Whisk sour cream with mustard. Spread toasts with the mixture and cut each into quarters.

2.

Rinse tarragon, shake dry and pluck off  leaves. Rinse and halve grapes, remove seeds. Cut turkey in halves.

3.

Spread toasts with turkey and one half of purple and green grapes. Garnish with tarragon and serve.
