Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce leaves and spin dry.

2.

Rinse tomatoes, remove stems and cut into slices.

3.

Rinse and slice cucumber.

4.

Peel garlic, chop very finely and combine with yogurt and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

5.

Chop cress.

6.

Top bread slices with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber, drizzle with yogurt sauce and sprinkle with cress. Serve.
